No Ruts for Me! takes a tongue-in-cheek look at four important aspects of our lives: where do we work, and what kind of work do we do; what do we do with our leisure time, like hunting and fishing; where do we live, and how do we get along with the people there; and, what are our dreams for the future, beyond our day-to-day activities. These are embodied in outlandish professions, enjoying outdoor activities, trying to live in a small town, and hoping for success as a writer. All the incidents related herein, as well as the people, places and things, are real. Take heart, they really happened to the author and his friends, and they learned from themrealizing that everything could be turned to their advantage, by maintaining a positive attitude, and laughing all the way!
