No One Is Listening...

I was born in West Point, MS in 1983. My writing project started off as a text to a friend that turned into this. On March 13, 2018 is when I typed my first, in depth, message to my friend. On January 24, 2019 is the when the first "draft" of the message was completed. The first draft was over 58,000 words. On April 25, 2019 is when I finished reading it for the EIGHTH time. The final copy is over 70 thousand words. What a long text, right? (Wink!) It entails experiences that made me become the strong woman I AM. I pray that me writing this series of main events in my life helps someone to become encouraged and/or stay encouraged. My writing project is about 100% true events of how I've been faced with many of life's mental and physical difficulties. I'm only 35, but I guarantee I've been through more than some 75 year olds. My experiences with childhood, family, Lupus, dealing with and managing depression tore me down. I am not perfect and I don't pretend to be. To that someone who needs uplifting, I hope my vulnerability helps start your uplifting process. I am not ashamed of anything that this writing covers. My project is filled with truth, tears, happiness, betrayal, lies, surreal shenanigans, and more truth. All three of my friends, at different times, told me it's best to speak my truth. "No matter how anyone feels about it, speak it." Speaking my truth freed me from some buried feelings. I prayed every second that I spent time writing this. I found peace/piece when GOD and I found each other. (Let that marinate.) My goals are to reach one person in this turmoil filled world. I received one biased and one unbiased review. The reactions were very similar positive reviews. VERY positive. I decided to let someone else, I don't know, in the world read it. Hopefully, it finds who GOD intends it to reach. GOD bless!!!
