The story of WORDS FROM THE BRAVE begins with a tour in 2016 with the musicians accompanying the singerand they are joined by other aficionados of the genre and then form the band ROOTS HERITAGE. They embark on new compositions that will immediately convince MAX ROMEO to record his next album on these instrumental versions. A Franco-Jamaican collaboration as we have rarely heard, between musical finesse, meticulous production and authentic Jamaican sounds. Author and performer of hits that marked the golden age of reggae such as War Inna Babylon or Chase The Devil (taken by international stars like JAY-Z or THE PRODIGY), MAX ROMEO is finally back after many years of absence, at the age of 74.
