Written about Bird, a partially mummified Bird found in an old disused fireplace, the artist Annabel MacIver considers what may have led to this, and considers her thoughts on grief, death, entrapment and how memories and legacies are made and formed. The poems are accompanied by copies of etchings she made which also consider emotions that arose on consideration of Bird.
