Earth, Air, Fire, and Water. These were the elements the Ancients knew. And they were correct, for they were not speaking of Chemistry. They spoke of Matter and Energy working together through Space and Time. They spoke of Chemistry combined with Physics . . . and with Imagination. Scientists tell us that matter and energy are what they are, and would still be so even if we did not observe them, interact with them. Sure. And money is merely paper, until we interact with it. Nature, the world, the universe, call it what you will, has no meaning, for us, until we interact with it. Then it becomes reality, our reality. Add a bit of imagination and it becomes whatever we may choose: Farms, mines, hunting grounds, radios, cars, picture phones, airplanes, spaceships, spirits, dragons, gods. All were once fantasy; some still are. But which ones?Nature is nothing without our interaction. With it, there is no limit on what it may be. This book is about what I see in it. And maybe what you see, too.
