This is my personal story of my battle with shingles and how this later led to me being diagnosed with CFS or M. E. However this is not as clear cut as it may appear. It lead to years of mis-diagnoses and mis-treatment from both personal, professional and the NHS. My hope is that this book can be of some help to people with the same or similar condition and provide them with some of the resources that I became aware of that were of use to me.
